Better Homes&gardens Chat Set

After reading some of the reviews I wasn't sure how the furniture would arrive. I'm happy to say that the box came undamaged as well as the furniture and cushions. The furniture came stacked on each other. They do wrap each furniture piece so they don't scratch each other. We had to rent a Menards truck because it didn't fit in our SUV. The box is big but not as heavy as you would think for the size. We were missing some screws and springs from the grill top but a call to customer service and they are shipping them out. It is true that the fabric isn't soft but I think it is acceptable. The cushions are firm but I think that will help for them to last longer before replacing. I haven't had them long enough to comment on how they move during strong winds but I do wish they had put Velcro ties on the top cushions like they do for the bottom.

Just set up this past weekend. Easy to put together as it comes in one very big box (entire set). You only have to put together the table with the fire pit. Has all necessary tools and parts but I would recommend you use a battery operated drill with screw bit and 7/16" driver. Very comfortable and cheaper than most sets we researched.

I searched multiple other retailers (Lowe's, Home Depot, Garden Ridge, Sam's Club, Sears) and every other competitor that had the same amount of seating pieces were over $1,000. The set came all in one box (we took the pieces out of the box and it took mine and my husband's SUV to get it all home) so make sure you have a large vehicle to transport it in. The only thing you have to put together is the firepit, which comes with easy to follow directions (I did it while my husband was at work and it took me about an hour). No scratches or dents on any of the pieces as other reviews have stated and it arrived site-to-store in 3 days! Very happy with how it looks, feels, and how many pieces you get for the price. Great purchase!

We bought this for our new home and didnt want to spend thousands on a new patio set. This set is GREAT for the price. Our new neighbor even came over to ask where we got our patio furniture. This is a lightweight set so it is easy to move- if you are wanting something heavy then this is not for you. Also the firepit can be used as a table and has a nice decorative top when not in use. Love this set!!!!

A leg was bent on two of the love seats. Probably happened in shipping. When we received it, the box was crushed on one corner and the right back leg on both love seats were bent. We have requested a new shipment. Hopefully there will be no problems with the second shipment. Other than that, the set is very nice and we are pleased.
