BFGoodrich G-Force T/A KDW FEATURES AND BENEFITS Summer weather traction Enhanced controllability Longer lasting tread OVERVIEW The BFGoodrich G-Force T/A KDW is a high performance summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. This tire offers exceptional summer weather traction, which means that it grips the road well in wet and dry road conditions. This superb traction is the result of the unidirectional tread design which also helps avoid hydroplaning, by channeling water from beneath the footprint of the tire. The tire, however, will not perform well in winter weather, as it loses its good traction in colder temperatures. The tire was manufactured with a specially designed sidewall, which guards the rim from accidental curb damage. The tire also has a flatter footprint. The flat footprint maximizes the contact with the road and enables even wear along the tread. The prevention of irregular wear extends its period of usability and its life. The larger CAD-designed tread enhances the model's driving, cornering and maneuvering stability. The tire's boosted cornering ability is also due to the G-Control sidewall inserts, which provide extra biting edges in cornering situations, making the driving experience safer. The improved stability enables the tire to achieve higher performance levels. The performance of the G-Force T/A KDW is further enhanced with the ETEC, or Equal Tension Containment, System which improves the strength of the tire and maintains the tire's shape even at higher speeds. As the tire does not deform, it becomes safer to use at higher speeds. We sell tires up to 2011. This specific tire is from 2013.

1979 C3 corvette. Highly modified suspension and drive train for road race and canyons. 650hp 650tq 427 SBC The tires just spin...I can not get enough traction to keep the tires from spinning anywhere in 1st 2nd and 3rd with any more than 1/3 gas peddle. and 4th with any more than 1/2 gas peddle. My power band is from 2500-7000 rpm. These are on custom made 18" X 10" centerlines.

Threw out the run flats and bought Michelin. Tossed out the Michelins, bought the T/A G-force and now I'm happy. Bought a set for wife's 2002 T-Bird and now she's happy too. Excellent tires!

These are tires are currently on my Dodge Viper in a 335/30R18 shoe size. The tires are excellent for the price and have held up reasonably well in a heavily modified Hennessey version car that generally only gets 5 to 6000 miles out of a set of tires. They typically get replaced every year. They are not as grippy as say the Rival BFG sells or other competition "pro" brands when I run some local SCCA events but for the price... and with no more miles than I get out of a set...well, they are really a great price point for a car like this. Oh...and yes a little noisy...but if your in a true performance car and your worried about a little extra tire noise then you just chose the wrong car. So yes, you can find a better tire but for the price you can't find a better tire. I will order another set ...as soon as they are back in stock...and that kind of stinks having to wait for 2 more weeks until back in the warehouse...but yes, I am buying these again.

I have a pair on my rear rims on a 09 hemi orange srt8 challenger. Im on my 3rd set now and everyone of them was very old but took a beating from me and my foot. It takes texas roads and crazy weather very well and I recomend to a friend for a little extra wide grip. Bf has good product for it to last that long and very satisfied with it performance on the street.

Not sure if prior review went through. Please accept my apologies if there are two. The tires went on a 1985 Camaro. I just bought Ronal knockoffs. Ronals were the wheels that came as original equipment on the Firebird Firehawk. The wheels are 17x9.5. Researched before I purchased. The main complaint with the TA KDWs seems to be noise, although there were a few other complaints. Given my setup I wasn't too worried about being unable to hear the stereo. Considered another brand before I purchased, but the dealer said the TA KDWs were a better tire. Anyway, after installation I took the car for a spin and I did not notice any noise coming from the tires. The good: Tires fill the wheel wells nicely. Nice, aggressive tread pattern that is appropriate for the vehicle. No noticeable noise. Although I have not driven in the rain, I doubt that will be a problem given the tread pattern. The bad: These are expensive tires and they are not for everybody. I probably will never have any other tire on this car, but if you drive an expensive German, Italian or Japanese vehicle, and your hearing is sensitive, you may want to consider an even more expensive alternative. Other: The dealer warned me about the tires being sticky. I have a T5, which is a weak transmission anyway. If I get on it I am likely to break the transmission. The tires were installed three days ago so I am unable to provide a lot of the other requested information. I wish Goodrich would allow customers to post photos of their vehicles.
