This tire is the best tire I ever owned I used to use Pireli and Michelin and these outperform especially in summer great for the track or everyday driving. Please bring these tires back! 305 40 22 lots of ram srt 10 owners will thank you for it as well as others! there are no other tires like this especially in this size
1979 C3 corvette. Highly modified suspension and drive train for road race and canyons. 650hp 650tq 427 SBC The tires just spin...I can not get enough traction to keep the tires from spinning anywhere in 1st 2nd and 3rd with any more than 1/3 gas peddle. and 4th with any more than 1/2 gas peddle. My power band is from 2500-7000 rpm. These are on custom made 18" X 10" centerlines.
Threw out the run flats and bought Michelin. Tossed out the Michelins, bought the T/A G-force and now I'm happy. Bought a set for wife's 2002 T-Bird and now she's happy too. Excellent tires!
These are tires are currently on my Dodge Viper in a 335/30R18 shoe size. The tires are excellent for the price and have held up reasonably well in a heavily modified Hennessey version car that generally only gets 5 to 6000 miles out of a set of tires. They typically get replaced every year. They are not as grippy as say the Rival BFG sells or other competition "pro" brands when I run some local SCCA events but for the price... and with no more miles than I get out of a set...well, they are really a great price point for a car like this. Oh...and yes a little noisy...but if your in a true performance car and your worried about a little extra tire noise then you just chose the wrong car. So yes, you can find a better tire but for the price you can't find a better tire. I will order another set ...as soon as they are back in stock...and that kind of stinks having to wait for 2 more weeks until back in the warehouse...but yes, I am buying these again.
I have a 98 LS1 Trans Am and run staggered 18x8.5 with 245/40's and 18x10 with 275/35's. I have a big can, stall, all the bolt ons including suspension and the car handles and drives better than the Kumho's that came as a package deal. Long as I am going over 40 I can usually get traction anything less and spin away but that's to be expected. The fronts are like new aside from a nick in a side wall. Lady on a cell phone almost ran me off the road and rashed 2 no longer made Killer wheels. I am planning to replacing the rears this time with 295/35's wish I knew they had that width when I went and got this set. Probably replace on one front with a nick since I paid for the warranty. When I had no cam these grabbed hard and launched well so as long as you have less that 350hp at the wheels 275's or 295's should be good.
