BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM Delivering excellent off-road traction and surprising comfort on the pavement. Designed for pickup and sport utility vehicle drivers searching for race-proven, off-road performance, the Mud-Terrain T/A KM is BFGoodrich's Off-Road Maximum Traction light truck radial tire. Not only is it designed to deliver aggressive good looks, but it also provides off-road traction and steering control on slick surfaces and in deep dirt/mud. It features an advanced tread compound that is molded into a symmetric tread pattern. The tread pattern is composed of large interlocking center tread blocks and alternating width "DiggerLugz" that extend over the tire's shoulders to provide the ability to dig down deep, as well as work against the sides of muddy ruts for added pulling capability. The Mud-Terrain T/A KM has computer-optimized, high-void tread design that creates less noise than BFG's original Radial Mud-Terrain T/A. It also provides a larger and more rectangular footprint to add enhanced climbing and slick surface traction. The interior structure has dual steel belts on top of BFGoodrich's TriGard construction creating strength and durability. Single strand beads enhance the tire's fit to the wheel to increase uniformity and ride quality. Rim protectors are also molded into the lower sidewall helping protect the tire and wheel from off-road hazards, especially during times when the tire is aired down.

One of the 10 most influential off-road products. BFGoodrich's TriGard Construction BFGoodrich's Off-Road Maximum Traction Computer-Optimized and High-Void Tread Design Standard Warranty For information on tire installation, click here.

Stock on my 2016 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. I rotate all 5 tires around every oil change and I'm now at 55,000 miles. I'll be getting a new set within the next 5k miles. These tires aren't loud like some say. I'm astonished at how quite they are. I mostly ride with my Bestop Trektop NX soft top installed and I still don't notice the tire sound; just the wind. These tires are great off and on the road. When I bought my jeep I was in Arizona, so I drove on many desert trails, low mountain trails, and most all of the Jeep trails in Sedona; all on these tires. These tires pulled me up rocks, through mud, and over snow covered mountain trails with ease. I'm now back in Florida, so rain is an almost daily occurrence and these tires channel water very well on the highways. My jeep is also my daily driver, so I'm on these tires daily. I pull a boat with my jeep on these tires (3700 pounds; boat and trailer). Stopping isn't an issue. One last thing to add: this tire is extremely tough and puncture resistance compared to other tires I've had. I can't remember a set if tires I've had in the past that didn't require me to plug at some point. I've not had to plug any of my mud-terrains in the 55k miles I've owned them. I'm very happy with my set of BF Goodrich Mud-Terrains and I'll be getting another set very soon.

These tires came standard on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. After only a few thousand miles these tires were cupping so bad you would have thought they had 30 thousand miles on them. Having a soft top Jeep, these tires sound like a WWII airplane flying above you. The picture attached is after 34,000 miles and they are not covered under warranty.

Tires came stock on new 2016 rubicon, rotated twice, 2 weeks ago noticed tire noise getting louder , today i noticed uneven wear on treads on front wheels,(high and low spots) over whole surface of tires, and getting louder as speed increases,,,dealer wasnt any help,, so now i have to decide replace 2 tires, and hope it dosent happen again when i rotate tires, or replace all 5 tires?

I bought a used 2011 Jeep JKU awhile ago. My ONLY complaint about it were the tires. I did tons of research prior to making a decision and decided that this was the tire for me. My off-road performance was outstanding. Nothing crazy, just mud ( the jeep still has stock height). The jeep I bought comes stock with the Wrangler SRA. I was most surprised about the noise. They were quieter than the SRA. The tire offers exceptional grip on the roadway. Exceptional grip on the trail. There was a SLIGHT drop off in fuel economy, this can be expected when going to a heavier tire, but I have found it to be minimal. I can honestly say that I will never buy any other tire except these for the rest of my life.

I bought a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sport w/ S-package. Had good-years on them. I hated them. BFG Mud-Terrain T/A KM and bought a set of 5. I haven't looked back since. I LOVE them!!! I have put these tires though there paces from mud and rock too rain, ice, and snow!!! Blizzard of 2016 had nothing on me. lol. I also did a lot of road trips including a trip from New Jersey to Boston. Trip to Jim Thorpe PA. 5 or 6 trips down to Millsboro DE; and a few off-road outing in the pine barrens. The biggest trip I did with these tires was: 1400miles. But you have to rotate these tires every 2500-3500 miles to keep them riding right. I would tell anyone with a Jeep that you should own at least one set; there is no better feeling knowing that your tires are going to perform as well or even better then your might have thought especially driving off-road. Enjoy your vehicle, Enjoy your Tires, Drive with BFG!!!
