Came standard on my '16 jeep Rubicon... About 24k miles they started cupping/scalloping.I had always done regular tire rotations, about every 4k... But as unevenly as they wear, and the long waits at the dealership for frequent rotations it just isn't worth it. They did get me to THE TOP OF THE WORLD in Moab... They are worthless when youre driving on pavement in the rain...
Look everyone knocking this tire misuses them they are just people who want a tough-looking Jeep or four-wheel drive vehicle but drive on the freeway to and from work and most of the time outside of that. These are mud terrain tires and using them as off-road is what they are intended for. If you rotate them properly and don't keep them over filled with air pressure or too low either these will last a very long time. But of course they won't if you're driving on the freeway at 70 miles an hour all of the time of course they're going to be loud especially when people run them for a year plus before rotating them. If your big old Jeep isn't going to see any off-road don't put off road tires on them... constant freeway use is considered abuse with these tires...
Tires came stock on my Rubicon Unlimited Hardrock. I noticed noise starting to come from my left front wheel so I brought it in for a rotation and all the wheels have high and low spots around the circumference. cupping is what my dealer called it. They said all the shocks are good and charged me about 150 for an alignment. They said, and I quote, "sometimes you just get a bad batch of tires". Nothing I can do.
These tires came stock on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler JKU Willys edition. They are 255/75/R17. When I took delivery of the Jeep I was expecting to hear some tire noise at least at highway speeds, however I was pleasantly surprised at high quiet they are. In fact, I cant hear them even when I'm listening for them while rolling along at 65mph. Handling is excellent on dry pavement and slightly slippery on wet. I haven't yet tried them off road or in snow. They offer a comfortable ride as your daily driver and the aggressive tread give them a good look. Very satisfied
These tires came stock on my 2014 JK Rubicon. I have 52k miles on them and another 15k of tread to go. I have done a 5 tire rotation every 5k miles. Anything beyond the 5k then I begin to get uneven edge wear and a noticeable roughness. After rotation they smooth back out. I'm waiting for them to wear out so I can justify getting a larger set of KM2.
