Easy to install and awesome for the price!
As advertised, good product
This item would not work for us. We read the description carefully to make sure it would work with a hatchback. The box said it would be compatible as well, however the instructions inside the box said it was not. Will be returning to the store and hoping for a refund.
It took about an hour and a half to put together and mount on the vehicle. I had to improvise as the top adjustment control rested directly on the paint of my Dodge Caravan. Other than that it carried our bikes safely on vacation
Sure, the carrier takes some minor assembly. That was too easy. The carrier was very simple to fit to our car and the versatility is awesome! The straps secured the carrier perfectly. The problem is the ADJUSTMENT KNOBS. They are easy and convenient to use, but they are covered with a thin layer of plastic that quickly stripped off. Without the plastic they are not wide enough to secure the angles of the carrier. Makes all the rest a moot point.
