Provides long lasting pain relief. I used this to ease the pain from a pinched nerve in my neck that was affecting my arm. Excellent product.
It certainly seems to relieve the horrible pain I have in my knees periodically. I learned to make an adjustment for the freezing cold initial contact to my skin but, believe me, the relief is well worth it.
I have used this for years. I like Biofreeze. However, it came today in a torn package with lots of tape on it. I will never order this from WalMart again. It came from somewhere else so you cannot return it to WalMart if needed. Fortunately the product came thru okay.
