BISSELL SpotBot Carpet Steamer 12002 - Steam cleaner - handheld - bagless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use on carpet bare wood floors and rugs. Works well on all of them. Like how it gets under many things my old hoover would not. The way the vacuum head swivels makes getting around things very easy. The power head is a little to strong as it really bites down onto things and makes it kind of hard to control. What I was surprised to see it does not have a headlight. Even my grandmothers hoover from the 40's had a headlight.

Easy to use, lots of suction, n so easy to clean. Love the swivel action as it gets around furniture lots better. Glad and happy with my purchase!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good suction, grabs my short haired dog's fur and is easy to empty. The wand loses a bit of suction but perhaps with more practice with the attachments I'll have sorted out something that works completely. I only wish the cord was longer and the unit a bit lighter, but those are mutually exclusive requests, probably. Nice vacuum overall and gets the job done. Very maneuverable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pride myself on being a clean person and like to think I'm on top of things in my home but this vacuum should come with a warning, "Be Prepared to Be Grossed Out." I was not ready to witness what was living in my carpets!! After years of pushing around what I assumed was a good vacuum from a different brand I decided to upgrade and I regret not doing it sooner. I'll admit I wasn't too impressed when I unboxed this unit but once started I changed my mind. This vacuum is powerful and easy to handle. The suction power is STRONG and you'll feel it right away even when using the Turbo Eraser but I promise the proof is in the waste cup. #sweepstakes because I truly love this vacuum and need more Bissell products in my life.
