Is to heavy to use overhead. Rotation is very slow. Would be great for wasing a car. Not very good for cleaning the high parts of a house.

I used it to clean the vinyl sideing on our home. The results were sparkling. It is a little awkward to use when fully extended while standing on a ladder. The battery run time far exceeded my expectaions.

We used this product to clean our high-rise terrace. The machine worked fine and did a great job of cleaning all the winter dirt off the terrace. Having the lightweight battery was a real plus. Not having to deal with an electric cord with water around was super. There was one problem: the latch that is supposed to hold the rotating brush head angle in place does not lock the head. Thus, the head position moves and user must constantly readjust the angle.

Works very well and easy to use. Advertising is misleading as calls it a 14 ft reach but that is measured from your feet and not your hands.
