Black & Decker Counter Top Oven

We bought two of these. First one lasted just over a year before it broke. The second one lasted about 1 1/2 years. Very disappointed because I trust the Black and Decker name. It also looks very sharp and is the perfect size. What a shame they don't last.

I have had this toaster oven for one year. The oven burns everything, the toast takes forever to toast, and the oven part of it just broke this week. The toast dial still works fine, but the oven just wouldn't turn on one day. I do not recommend wasting your money on this product.

My parents bought this toaster oven for me while I was in college. MANY people used this toaster over during my college days, mostly for frozen pizzas or heating other late night snacks like chicken wings - it got used far more than the oven we had. Now that I'm married, this toaster oven was still stylish enough to make it into my slightly more sophisticated kitchen and I still use it several times a week to prepare meals. The broiler on my oven broke last year, and I used the toaster almost every day until we got a new oven. I do have a wonderful full oven now, but sometimes still go to the smaller toaster oven. Most commonly, I use it to roast red potatoes, cook other potato products such as tater tots, heat texas toast or cheese bread, and even broil fish. It's still going strong and looks brand new after over 4 years! I recently bought one for my parents last summer, and I was surprised to see the style hadn't changed from the one that I have - great design doesn't need to be updated every year. I do think B&D recently upgraded the control to a digital display now, which does look more up to date, but I'm sticking with mine - mechanical parts are harder to break!

This is our second Toaster Oven. We bought this Toaster Oven purposely to bake larger pizza's. It has worked out beautifully! I have baked sweet potatoe casseroles in the oven, and use it for the most wonderful crunchy toast. We also bake chicken and fish that turn out moist and juicy, just the way we like it. My husband and I highly recommend this product.

I have had mine for about a 1 1/2 years and I love it it has been a life saver to us and has met my expectations. My stove/oven broke about almost 2 years ago and i am not in the position to replace it so I went to Walmart and purchased this toaster oven and use it just as i would an oven to make dinner, the kids love to pop a pizza in it, its very user friendly. I use it daily and have no problems with it.
