This is seriously the best eye liner I've ever used! It goes on sooo smooth, it lasts forever without smudging, *and* it comes off easy when I'm ready for it <3 I'm honestly shocked at how affordable this is, especially compared to lesser quality ones I've paid a lot more for in the past. Buying online because I can't get enough in stores.

Ok this is the TRUTH!! It goes on smooth I like you can twist it up or down it is a easy application I have 2-3 of these in my makeup bags they show up great on film as well.

I absolutely love this eyeliner!! It goes on very smoothly and doesn't cake up. I've been using this Black Radiance brand for over 5 years now and have not been disappointed yet. As long as they keep making it...I'm going to keep buying it! Good stuff!!
