Black Widow AFL-9012 Aluminum 7' 6 Arched Folding Motorcycle Ramp

Despite the fact that Black Widow is a terrible name for a loading ramp that we are literally trusting not to fail and crush us under our motorcycles, I can't fault this thing any other way. It handled my 560 pound bike without complaint, and the arc shape kept the frame from dragging during the loading process.... my Triumph bonneville speedmaster has about 5 inches between the ground and frame rails, and less than that where the kick stand mount hangs down. I have found this ramp to be about the perfect size for loading my bikes. It is just wide enough and long enough for a standard non lifted truck. I would like to see them use a coated or slightly different hardware that holds the ramp together at its folding point to keep the noise down a little but that has nothing to do with its function. I would buy this again.

I purchased a different brand and promptly returned it before purchasing the black widow. The quality is obvious just from looking at it and the stability it offers can't be beat!

The Ramp I got wasn't exactly as pictured, as I ordered one that was like my other. I an using the new one to walk my bike into the van, as was planning on tacking some raised aluminum expanded to it to provide a more consistent surface, with no gaps. But the one I received is better because it has stamped plate with good traction surface already on it. So, I'm very happy with the purchase!

I cannot think of anything negative to say about this product. It's strong, lightweight and easy to use. I bought one to get my scooter into the bed of my pickup, where my wife would be waiting to receive it. When I decided that I wanted to be able to do the entire thing by myself, I purchased a second ramp so that I could walk up alongside the scooter. Now that I have a much larger bike and a trailer for it, I've just bought a third ramp so I can put all three side-by-side, allowing me to ride up, and roll down, my bike completely on my own and in safety. I can toss all three ramps into the bed of the truck in a jiffy, or I might even rig up some locking mounting spot for storing them on the trailer next to my bike.
