I bought this Blackberry Tablet because my other tablets do not support Flash player, but mainly because of the price cut and I wanted an extra device to handle business stuff. Upon turning the tablet on its take a long time to boot up, so don't expect immediate connection to the internet, it 's going to take a minute or two. Surfing the internet is a snap, but you will have to get use to the touch screen on the Blackberry and it's unique hand gestures, but its really simple once you get the hang of it. You can view EXCEL, PDF, WORD documents, etc, so if you want to view those types of files the software is already loaded. Unfortunately the app world for Blackberry just cannot compete with other providers, so if you are an app addict this tablet may disappoint. I would rate the Blackberry app world about a 4 on a scale of 1-10. Also, I like the fact that it's somewhat small which makes it easy to tote around. I gave it a rating of GOOD because of the price for a 64GB tablet and its not that bad for what I want it to do.

Blackberry has now updated their operating system to solve the incompatibility with many android apps. When you get your new Playbook it will download the 2.0 Version automatically. This is a great 7" Tablet with a phenomenal 64Gb memory. The best tablets have 16 or 32. I am not a big app or game player but with the hdmi outlet on this, you can connect to your tv for HD movies, etc. This is a great bargain for this price.

This tablet is my #1 assistant, The uses that I give this tablet everyday helps me at work, and school, is a lot. Don't have to much apps like other tablets, but that doesn't bother me because it have word, excel and PowerPoint. With this three important solutions I have everything. And to be honest if I want games on it I have an Xbox360. I love my tablet 64gb.

Having tried a Nook and an iPod Touch, I find this unit better suits my needs, as it seems more business-like. It comes with software to view Microsoft Word and Excel documents. The on-screen items are more logically laid out, and operation is very similar to a home computer. It comes with AC connector with a USB, so just buy a lighter-USB adapter and you can charge it in the car. Charging times are slow, but I am happy to see this because a slow-charging battery has a longer overall life. We need to charge every day, buy my wife uses it a ton, too. It has HD video that looks great, front and rear cameras (no LED flash), and the shutter button is in a great place on screen--feels very natural. It has external: power button, volume control, play/pause. The on-screen touch-keyboard is a nice size and works well. This is a quality looking/feeling product. It comes with a small, protective sleeve/glove case for when you throw it in your purse. Wireless and the internet work good. My wife has put a bunch of games on it for our kid--many are educational. If you don't plan on having a lot of pictures, movies, videos, 16Gb or 32Gb should be plenty, we have the 64Gb, and already have 12Gb of space used. The only thing I'm sad about is the desktop software (downloaded from the Blackberry website). There is no capability to operate the device through your desktop mouse and keyboard (like entering calendar and address book entries, etc.).
