I love this iron, not like my grandmothers iron

I really liked this iron up until the steam dial decided to lock up on the no-steam setting and won't budge! I'd like to take it apart to see if I can fix it, but there doesn't seem to be an easy way to do that either (no standard screws). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I've used this iron for just under a couple years. The auto shut-off function is malfunctioning. It cuts off at various times throughout my active ironing session. For something that is used once or twice a week you would expect it to last a few years. Very disappointed!

I've used this Iron maybe 5 times and now it won't heat. Very poor quality for something that won't work when you need it to.
