Blade mCX2 RTF

Like the original Blade mCX, the Blade mCX2 is easy enough for anyone to fly and small enough to fly just about anywhere. The mCX2 has the same coaxial, counter-rotating rotor head design as the current mCX, but it adds an extra shot of excitement with user-selectable swash sensitivity and flashing LED lights that are built right into the body. The pilot can change the control settings to enable this heli to perform at higher speeds than the beginner settings. This helicopter also boasts heading-lock like performance for maximum control. It also boasts more powerful motors and a higher capacity 120mAh battery pack. The mCX2 is the ultimate beginner friendly machine with unsurpassed stability, incredible control, and extreme durability.

Brand new mXC2 did not work properly .....no pitch control. Horizon then sent (after waiting on the phone for 20 minutes) an invalid shipping label that was rejected twice by Fed-Ex after I traveled to the Fed-Ex store to properly return it. Horizon chat line was manned by someone who could not even find my name and order number that I gave them. Finally........Pam Arnold came to the rescue and I was sent a legitimate label to print off and return the unit. Never again........

This was my first heli. I did get bored with it rather quickly. It flies like a boat. Very stable wants to hover. Now I use it as my guest heli: for people who have no experience flying. I even let my four year old grandson fly it (but then he's put in a lot of time on my flight simulator).

I bought the blad mcx2 helicopter and it was excellent at the beginning for some reason it was having a problem binding but after I got it binded it was great I flew it in the back yard because the house is to low. It flew great in light wind got blew around a little until I lifted it over the fence and it flipped and smashed down on the pavement I pick it up and half of the the stabilizer fly bar has broken off so I highly reccomend this product but be sure if flying around hard surfaces to get an extra fly bar (Stabilizer Flybar Set: BMCX2/T,FXH,MH-35 by BLADE (EFLH2219B)) and a set of extra blades they get scratched against thing while landing. I took this helicopter to the park and took it up 100 feet and it flew fine the wind makes it wobble wile trying to hover but in an open place like football or soccer fields it is extremely fun a must buy!

I bought 2 of these little guys an MCX2 and an MCX one for my 12 year old and one for myself. both are fun to fly and easy to learn. battery last for quite a long time for such a small one.. Fairly durable for how tiny everything is. Just ordered 4 spare batteries, blades and pushrods. parts i expect to brake. Cant wait till I upgrade to a larger helicopter. will surely be a Blade just dont know which one.

Hi guys and girls, I'm new to the RC flying world and would like to start by telling you how I got started. A buddy and me were at the mall and seen these micro heli kits for 35 bucks and decided to buy one each, well that was it for me. After two weeks I wanted something better and started looking on kijiji for another heli and bought the Blade MCX2. What an awesome little heli, it's great to fly indoors and out (when there's no wind) and it is a tough little heli. Now I might be doing things backwards because I just ordered the Spektrum DX8 Transmitter and plan on building my heli collection from there. I'll let you know how it works out.
