Blairex Simply Saline Nasal Mist, 3 oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never used a saline spray before and was unsure how I would like it. I really like the Arm & Hammer simply saline. It is not harsh or drying like some otc nasal sprays I have used. I mainly use this at night at bedtime. I tend to get stuffy once I lay down to go to sleep. I had been using other otc sprays that helped but they dried my nasal passages out. This works great to relieve the stuffiness and doesn't dry my nasal passages out. I purchased this product because it is a good product. I use it often and found it helped clear sinuses. The last two times I bought this item, however, the spray nozzle did not work. There is no way to contact customer relations online, so unfortunately, I am writing a negative review.

I began using Simply Saline 9 years ago because my sinus surgeon wholeheartedly endorsed it. It was like a miracle, and no side effects! My review for that produce would be 5 stars... But this is no longer that glorious, relieving product. PLEASE REMOVE THE BAKING SODA! It just doesn't need it, and it makes it taste incredibly nasty if it drips down your throat (which it often does). Why "improve" something that works perfectly well?!

We like your product but the packaging is awful. The shrink wrap around the can has a perforated section but it only comes off in pieces no matter how hard you try to go done the preforated section. My husband and I each opened a can with the same result. It came off after about 10 tries/pieces. It also poked me several times under my nail. Please reconsider how you execute the shrink wrap. Had to submit this feedback here since your online site would not work when I hit submit. This Facebook site let me select the product (simply saline) but forced me to choose between multicast and fresh home in my submission. You need to get this process fixed. Thanks

I was happy with the product, but after only two weeks the nozzle stopped working. Even though it was more expensive than some other products I went with it because I was raised on the Arm and Hammer name/reputation. Could not find any email where I could send a message about my displeasure with the can.
