Sturdy and so easy to install. I like the perforated tiles, because they have a cleaner appearance and water doesn't pool on top of them. I like the color variation from different angles as opposed to the solid (hard to explain, but if you purchase these, you'll see what I mean). They are easily cleaned, including any dirt that falls below the perforations, with a vacuum. I also use my blower to clean them and blow dirt out. I love how my garage looks. **All items supplied by Sam's Club using the Seville line of cabinets. Many compliments and neighbors have said it's the prettiest garage they've ever seen. I am a 60 year old female, and did all the work myself - including installing recessed lighting - so it's not that difficult!

I used this to cover a PT wood deck around our pool. NO MORE Painting. Looks great, easy to install, gives great drainage to help preserve the wood. I'm 71 and it was a breeze to install. Cuts great with a table saw, or a razor blade knife and a straight edge. I'm sure it will outlast me.

We wanted a hard surface for our screened porch to replace old outdoor carpeting but it was a concrete slab so our options were limited. These tiles were perfect for our use. They were easy to install and relatively easy to cut. My husband laid them in a 12x20 space in a morning. The end result looks like a pretty nice tiled floor, especially for an outdoor space. The good price made it the perfect solution for us!

Installed the tiles today - 11 boxes plus edging (with some cuts to finish along one wall) took just about 2 hours for two of us. What a transformation - from painted cement floor to a dressed tile floor. I will recommend this to anyone and you only need a modicum of talent, a mallet and a jigsaw for cuts. Delivery was faster than anticipated and everything came as promised. What more can you ask for. Price was a heck of a lot cheaper than estimates given by several vendors.
