I notice bluebonnet is really highest quality and ingredients here, better than the now foods non gmo lecithin powder. The granules look, feel and taste pure, they blend well in a smoothie or in some protein powder. It really helps my nervous system and myelin sheeth and brain communication, especially if you don't eat eggs and haven't taken this for a while, choline deficiency is an overall underestimated issue.
