Buttermilk is one of those flavors that you either love or you hate. Personally, once you get used to that tangy hint, it can be delicious. The low fat content makes it a popular choice to have with breakfast cereals or porridges, etc.

It is difficult for a cook to have Buttermilk in a carton on hand all the time. I find this powder version very convenient. It is used for my Dressings, muffins, pancakes and more.

I do a lot of small batch baking and cooking so using powdered buttermilk is much more economical ...without sacrificing any of the flavor! I've always had great results using this product. Bob's Red Mill never disappoints!
