it's hard to keep buttermilk on hand but this high quality buttermilk powder solves that problem. now i can make cornbread like it's supposed to be made.

Still the best powdered sweet cream to use in baking! This one is a little less powdering than in the past (more "granulated") and dissolves well in warm water for bread. Highly recommend!
