Boca Java Chocolate Hazelnut Heaven Flavored Whole Bean Coffee, 8 oz. Bag, Roast to Order

This is a very good coffee, both alone or mixed with another bean type. I typically blend a dark roast and a flavored bean, grind at home and French Press or drip my coffee. While good when mixed with another bean, try the coffee on its own to get a sense of its own flavor. I mixed this with Light Up Las Olas, which has a bit of chocolate flavor as well.

I love to wake up to this brew. The AROMA is just outstanding to rise to. I add a bit of Hershey's just to add sweetness and the BREW is out of this world. The only thing better than this Brew is it in DECAF... I use the used grinds to make my homemade soap scented and with a pomace texture.

A very tasty coffee with a wonderful light hazelnut aroma. I didn't pick up the chocolate taste too much. Great coffee to have early morning or with dessert. To me this is a typical hazelnut coffee nothing very different than what you would buy at the store.

This is a great morning coffee. It is sweet enough that you don't have to sweeten your coffee. I only use about a quarter of the flavored coffee to three quarters of regular coffee when I set up my pot so I don't overwhelm it with the flavored coffee. This allows the flavored coffee to be a little more subtle so I can really evaluate what it tastes like. The chocolate and the Hazelnut are both present in this coffee in a nice balance. It is great coffee. I gave this as a gift to my sister and she loved it too. This is not a coffee that I make a lot of extra and throw out. It is truly good to the last drop.

If you are into really sweet, nearly decadent coffee flavors, this one is for you. Unfortunately I'm not; I prefer the good standard-flavored blend. If you are chocolate-sensitive or subject to migraines (like me), definitely avoid this blend. Otherwise, it is good & would make a great Christmas gift.
