It's decent for the value. I haven't used it enough to really judge it as far as muscle growth goes. Tastes pretty good. Has slightly less bcaas than competitors per gram of protein.
I am not a body buider but do exercise regularly but occassionaly I don't have time for a proper breakfast this whey protein powder is the perfect solution to a quick breakfast on the go.
So far lost 17 pounds with body fortress in a month. I'm sold!
I searched the internet to see how Body Fortress brand whey protein ranked in comparison to other brands. I was surprised to see that it actually received higher reviews based on the opinions of both users of the product and "professionals" than most of the brands that cost much more. I believe it ranked a 9.4 out of 10 when averaging the scores from several sources. There were 1 or 2 brands that ranked a little better, but not by much at all, and those brands averaged as much as 2x the cost for an such an insignificant difference.
My husband likes the flavor and he is def seeing results in energy and he's losing weight too!! Bonus!!
