[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending a day at the local theme parks I am so sore, so I take five of the Arnica montana pellets and the next morning I don't feel as stiff or have the amount of muscle pain that I usually have. In fact, the first rime I took them I was able to get up the next morning and do another full day at the parks again. These are easy to take, conveniently packaged for travel, and the barely noticeable taste isn't bothersome at all. The main down sides for me were that the pellets take some time to dissolve and also the effectiveness seems to be hit-or-miss for me. I did another full day at the parks a few more days since and sometimes the pellets helped and sometimes I didn't feel the difference at all. Overall, I'd say they are worth a try if you suffer from muscle pain, stiffness or acute swelling from injuries and bruising.
