Bona Hardwood Floor Mop Kit

Worthless! When you push mop forward - Great No issues BUT when you pull BACK the Mop head 75% of the time will actually FLIP over! Wish I knew this BEFORE Buying!

I would have given this more stars, but unfortunately I read the reviews after I purchased the Bona Mop. At first I loved it, but after a couple of weeks, mine like many of the reviews, began to get clogged up and not spray well at all! Fortunately I have a handy husband and here's what we did, take the mop fluid bag off, stand your mop upright into your sink, run hot water through the cavity of the unit, then take the cap off the mop fluid bag and run hot water onto it, push down in the center of the cap, replace and your spray will work like it's brand new. Having said that, Bona should have indicated in the instructions directly on the mop to do that with some regurlaritity. I understand mop fluid can get "gunky" after a while, but if you know this ahead of time, it is helpful to the consumer.

I bought this about a month age. Put it together for the housekeeper.She picked it up by the handle and the bottom part fell off and broke. We may try to tape it back together when she brings some tape that she thinks will work..

I really enjoyed this mop until I had to refill it, and now it leaks. I checked that the bottle is all the way in, and it doesn't seem to leak at first or while I'm using it, but leaks out slowly over a few hours. I bought this because it was refillable and seemed much more sturdy than competitors products, but clearly it's not.

Purchased to mop my hardwood floors. I have 3 kids and 2 dog so, I mop a few times a week! The first mop I had for a few weeks and after I would refill the solution and start to mop the solution would spill out faster than I could mop. Thinking it was a fluke, I purchased another one. This time it lasted 3 months and I'm having the same issue! For an expensive mop this only lasts a few weeks to a month. Please do your research before you purchase!
