Working with collaborator Paul Brown, this virtuoso saxophonist has fashioned a set of Christmas music that incorporates everything from traditional carols to tunes by Mel Torme and Vince Guaraldi's music from a Charlie Brown Christmas; versions of Donny Hathaway's quot;This Christmasquot; and Frank Loesser's quot;What Are You Doing New Year's Eve?quot; feature lead vocals by Dee Harvey and Bobby Caldwell, respectively. One of the most played artists on NAC radio, Boney has become one of the most successful artists in contemporary jazz.
