After drinking one I even felt full and wanting to buy more. I would definitely recommend this!

This Boost shake has a great taste it is not chalky like some nutritional shakes are. I believe I would drink this product even if I didn't have to. This boost shake does not have a bad smell either. Boost Women Balanced Nutritional Drink Rich Chocolate is a great option! I tried it after a workout, as I am not usually hungry right away after working out, but know I need to consume something to help my body and muscles recover. It was a great choice! I was able to consume it right after working out since it is conveniently portable. It filled me up perfectly and didn't cause me to be bloated. It also tasted great! The Rich Chocolate flavor tasted very similar to chocolate milk and there was no funny after taste, which is a plus. I would definitely consume this product again and will recommend it to my clients as well!

I love all the vitamins it has, and it only had 4 g of sugar I believe this is a real game changer for woman on the go. I only wish I had tried the strawberry but saving that for another day! I was looking for a supplement to consume to help me get through busy days when I know I am not eating my best. I think this would be perfect for the on the go person who is looking to squeeze nutrition into their lives. It didn't taste horrible like I expected. The flavor was pretty good and the after taste was minimal. What I really like about it is that it is full of vitamins and minerals which is a plus for when I don't have time to or forget to eat.
