Without being able to check levels it is hard to tell if the supplement is helping, but it certainly can't hurt!

These capsules help support sugar and fat metabolism. Take 2 capsules a day. These seem to work pretty well. Personally I would rather take the capsules than drink the shakes. This bottle contains 60 - so a month supply.
