BOOST GLUCOSE CONTROL Rich Chocolate 12-8 fl. oz. Bottles

This actually made my blood sugars raise from 140 to 253; may have been higher, but that's when I quit checking it. I almost went to the ER. But, instead, I waited it out, and eventually I got it under control again. I have been able to control my A1c with diet, and I thought that this would be a great way to do that. Boy, was I wrong!

Ever sense they changed to the cardboard container i have not felt safe eating BOOST glucose control. One strawberry dated Nov 2022 was solid as a rock, two rich chocolates, also Nov 2202 , had big chunks like curd. I have eaten BOOST for many years and now I am afraid to buy anymore I am returning what I already have.

I normally by a 24-bottle pack for $31.98. I ordered 4 packs. I received three packs. The packs were 12-bottle packs. I have requested the company send me the 4th pack. They said they would. I have not seen it yet. I will be sure to read the quantity of the packs I order in the future and not assume it is what I normally order.

I have a Boost shake for Breakfast each morning. Sometimes I have one before bedtime to keep my glucose levels steady through the night. Very filling. Lots of flavors so you have choices.
