Oh my heck I hated this phone! IT is super slow and constantly crashed and would restart itself. I Gabe it 2 stars because of the cost and the fact that I liked the pen that came with it and the big screen. The phone is huge it is more of a phablet then a phone. Good for some things like watching you tube or Netflix but sucks if you want to put it in your front pocket. It also constantly dropped calls and the sound was terrible. I could hardly hear when I was talking to someoneach on the phone. There is good and bad about this phone but definitely more bad than good. Oh and the camera is low quality, my pictures turned out really bad.
