Boost Mobile - Motorola Moto G 5G 2024 128GB Prepaid - Sage Green

The only problem is Im disabled so i got a prepaid and unfirfutanately I still have no phone because they did not unlock the part so it can be activated.

the reason I only gave you guys two stars is because after 3 days I came up to the store and had to pick it up because your delivery driver missed it and it kept trying to get put on to another delivery and didn't work the manager of my local Walmart of the electronics department tracked it down for me

it's a nice phone but I ordered it because it is a boost mobile phone (surely compatible with it's Boost service.) as my carrier is also "BOOST MOBILE"! WELL AFTER EXHAUSTING ALL MEASURES TO CONTACTING BOOST DIRECTLY AS A LAST MESSURE IN ATTEMPT TO ACTIVATE IT DUE TO WANTING to UPGRADE IT to my service using the SIM sent with the phone that is supposed to be def. compatible with and even trying my old sim, they are telling me the sim you all sold with the phone isnt the right sim and that I need a "black sim card" to be compatible with that phone????

The product I bought in a store was fine. I had ordered it before I bought it in store it was broken the box was literally open that it came in it was broken they were supposed to give me $15 credit whenever I complain but I never got the credit that I see

It's a mid tier phone. I bought for my son. It's his first phone and he says it's okay. He can't play Roblox on it very well but he says YouTube and Spotify is fine. So if you're just looking for a phone to use on a daily basis then it's a good phone.
