[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my headphones 6 months ago and its the best decision I have ever made. The noise cancelling is brillient and the sound quality is just superb. I would definitely recommend these headphones to anyone.
I've had the QC35ii for one week, and I'm quite disappointed. Especially regarding a product at this price point. I find that the charge drops about 10% per hour when using High noise cancellation, and just slightly less when I'm using Low noise cancellation. I've read hundreds of reviews and watched countless YouTube product reviews where the host talks about getting up to 20 hours per charge, but I'm having to recharge every day. I don't listen to Hip Hop or EDM with heavy bass lines, but I do listen to rock and classic rock, and I've noticed that the bass is not what I expected from these headphones. At approximately 60 - 75% volume level, the bass starts sounding staticky. That is something the reviews I've read complained about, but I didn't realize just how poor the bass quality would actually be. I have also noticed that when I walk from room to room in my house (never more than 30 feet away and on the same floor level as my devices) that the signal cuts out if I bend down or walk around a corner. That's something my $80 wireless headphones did; I certainly did not expect that behaviour from the Bose headphones that are 6 Xs the cost. One of the selling points for me was the quality of the noise cancellation, and it is excellent, but it comes at a cost of significant battery drain. Be prepared to recharge every day or every second day if you use them at work or at home for noise cancelling. The charge is decent when noise cancelling is off. The headphones are pretty comfortable, and I do like that, and I do like the physical buttons, which is one of the reasons I did not buy the competing Sony headphones that have touch controls. The dilemma that I find myself in is trying to decide if I should return these and buy the Sony headphones, or just live with the shortcomings of these headphones.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I travel for a work a LOT and sometimes catching up on sleep can only be done on the plane. Between crying kids and engine noise, that can be hard to do. These are a life changer. I put on some relaxing tunes and zone out for hours... no interruptions. ( You WILL miss the beverage cart LOL). The noise cancelling is top notch and is still weird when you put them on as noise just disappears. Clarity and sound quality is amazing as to be expected from Bose. I will never fly without these.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these headphones over 2 years ago, they still come top for headphone reviews - and rightly so! Bose have developed this project which somehow is still a market leader headphone two years down the line...given how fast technology changes this is a incredible. Well worth the money 100%. I am seeing signs of wear on the headphone pads, to be expected - I used these almost every day for commuting, work and in the gym. Battery may have deteriorated, I have not noticed - I charge them once or twice a week. Brilliant product, Thank you.
