Very disappointed, first purchase not working, went back to the seller and changed to a brand new item. But its not working properly, sound getting off all the time

What a great product you can't beat or fault Bose it's just incredible and the bass is just immense it's a bit of money but so worth it. I couldn't go for anything else no any other brand. Save your money and invest in Bose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Bose 900 sound bar to replace an old 5.1 set up I had. Although you don't get the 5.1 experience, I have to say I have been very impressed. The sound quality is excellent especially when watching UHD movies. Listening to music via Spotify is also excellent. Initially, I was contemplating purchasing the matching base module, but the bass is pretty good, so probably don't need to bother. It is also very neat and tidy with less visible wires compared to the 5.1 wired set up. I have tried setting up with Alexa, but have been pretty disappointed as you can't get notifications from third party devices such as the ring door bell. I have ended up switching this off and have gone back to a stand alone Alexa device. Pro's Excellent sound Good bass Neat Simple to use Con's Poor Alexa support Can sometimes glitch when using the hdmi connection.
