Bose - SoundLink Revolve Portable Speaker Charging Dock - Black

Ive had my speaker and cradle for 2 yrs. This has been unreliable from the start. Its difficult to fix the cord into position, keeps disconnecting, and doesnt always connect to the speaker as well. I cannot get the direct power cord into the speaker port because it is misaligned, so have to rely on the cradle. When plugged into the cradle it may charge, it may register a connection and then drop out, and it often doesnt connect at all. There is a fault in the connection but I cant tell if its the cradle or the speaker. very frustrating and expensive, and disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible product and very unlike Bose. Works fine when connected but the poorly designed usb c connection underneath base falls out all the time and is a hassle to re-connect. Better connecting charging lead directly to speaker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this, not realising it had no cable, the Bose cable that plugs directly into the speaker does not seem to fit into socket of this cradle. So now I have to send it back and find out how to operate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a pair of these for the new resolve speakers. Read a few reviews that were critical. No problems for me, the speakers are supplied with the relevant cable and fit perfectly.

The USB plug is extremely loose in the socket under the cradle and consistently falls out even on a flat surface. Have resorted to Bluetack to keep it in place! Surely some form of simple cable clip could have been incorporated into the design to avoid this problem?
