BotVac Battery Pack for Neato Robotics BotVac70E and BotVac75 Vacuums

I love the vacuum this battery powers. Having used the original battery from May 2015 to October 2017 for 3 times a week vacuuming, when that battery finally failed, I was very happy to see I could order a new one through WalMart's website, delighted when the new one arrived ahead of the time first promised, and when the new battery had the vacuum behaving like new. 4 stars instead of 5 results from the plug-in of that type of battery. But with care and persistence I did finally get the old one out and the new one in.

Good deal quick ship

Have not even had my new battery 2 months and already it has quit working my Neato will not run. I wonder how long the battery has been around before it was sold. Ran great for about 6 weeks and than started to stop and I would have to go get it and push the start button to get it to run again. I cannot even get it to turn on now. What a waste of my valuable money. I am disappointed and trying to decide what to do. This is frustrating to me since I am a caregiver to a disabled veteran and this saved me time which I never have enough of. I wish manufacturers of products would start making better products that last since this directly impacts people's lives.

My Neato works like new again. It was getting lost, and then just stopped charging all together. I thought it was the battery, but was unsure. I chose Walmart because of their easy returns.

What can I say? It works like a battery should.
