I just recently started adding this to my golden milk tea, every morning. After using it for about a week and slowly increasing the amount I use, I feel great energy throughout my day. I enjoy the rich texture it gives my drink. The only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars is that every time I pour some out there is a drip that slips out from below the lid. I try to catch it so it isn't wasted (since it isn't cheap) but I am now seeing the label has gotten greasy and before I noticed that it was dripping it started leaving a greasy spot in my cabinet. Not sure if I just got a bad bottle or its a flaw in the design.

I have some health challenges. Gluten sensitivity, along with other genetic stuff, took me through some very heavy times. We found through genetic testing that my cellular energy cycles were not complete. One of my main symptoms is what I call 'energy depression'. It's not the kind of depression where I think I'm terrible, or life is useless, or anything like that. It's chronic fatigue that is mainly on my mental pathway. Chronic fatigue of the mind. It means I had no mental energy to care enough to accomplish things. There was just not enough energy in my brain to keep concepts and thoughts there. To an outside observer, it looks like 'lazy' and 'no ambition'. Until I found Brain Octane oil. It was like a miracle. My mental function probably doubled in just a few days. Now I take it religiously. I have enough in my cabinet to last through major catastrophes. Because, well, being without Brain Octane WOULD be a major catastrophe.

I have been using Brain Octane Oil in my morning coffee and for a variety of recipes for over a year now. I love the product but have no scientific proof that my brain has improved. The good news is that I am 68 and I know my husbands name :) ~ Thank you Dave!!

My husband and I had been taking Brain oil for several months, ran out and got busy forgot to reorder. After 3 weeks, we both realized we were feeling foggy and dragging. Needless to say, plan on keeping stocked up. Thank you for a fantastic product and excellent service!

With the octane oil, I feel more focused when working. When I'm sitting still, it feels like there is no effect, but it is when you are working and making your brain think and work that you begin to notice the focus. I think it is a great product and I just discovered it this year, many years too late.
