Braun Face 820 - Epilator - cordless - silver

This Epilator is not worth a penny. The first time that I used it made me regret the money spent on this. It was so slow, and then it suddenly froze and stops working then it works slow.... It is not only PAINFUL because of how slow it is, but it is also time consuming to use. It came with the battery to use, and I thought that the battery was not working, so I went and bought new batteries. Then I tried it and it had the same exact problem, SLOW and STOPS working suddenly. The third time that I try to use it, it did not even work, I put the battery that it came with, and it still did not work. So now, it does not even work at all. Not a reliable Epilator and not good quality. DON'T buy this Epilator. Find something else. I bought the 2 year warranty plan and will try to return it and see if they will let me return it. I want my money back!

I got the epilator about two months ago. It was free from Braun. The epilator works wonders! Although it hurts at the beginning your skin will eventually get used to it and it wont hurt as much the second or third time you do it. I got this product for free from Braun. At first I was a bit nervous to use it, but boy am I happy I did!! First I used the facial cleansing brush. You just put your facial cleanser on the brush and pick a rotation direction. The brush is very delicate, and leaves my face soft, clean and glowing. Make sure you use gentle pressure, and leave the work for the tool to do. I am very satisfied with the smoothness the brush allows you to have with no redness. The facial epilator is an amaZing and great tool to own. It just hurts a drop and feels like a little pinch as it rotates and pulls your facial hair out by the root. It will save you tons of money, and is so much cheaper and private then going to a salon. I was so impressed to see all the hair gone within seconds. Just glide the machine gently over the area you are trying to remove the hair. To do your upper lip you push your tongue against your inner upper lip and gently move machine across. (The same way youd tweeze). Dont press the machine hard against your skin. The machine will do all the work very softly. It's amazing how well and quickly it works. I am very impressed how great the product is. This does the same job as you going into a salon or spa treatment, just in the comfort of your own home. Go ahead and buy it and you will love it!!
