I love the Braun Thermoscan thermometers. My old one lasted almost 10 years before I had to replace it!

Very easy to use either on an infant or adult. Quick to set up and works very fast. I can took my 10 mts old temp so much easier with this than with her old digital temp.

I like the Braun Thermoscan, and it works well. Still, repeat measures of the same ear in the same person differ by as much as one 1 degree F.

If you follow the instructions closely on how to properly take a temperature, this product works great. My husband and I both got the same reading multiple times and it was very accurate!

I am a physician, and I recommend this model for infants over 6 months of age. Younger infants should have rectal tempuratures taken, as they are less likely to "tell" you that they are sick, and the rectal tempurature is the least likely to have error.
