Breadman TR555LC Deluxe Rapid Bread Machine - Breadmaker - white

I have had my Breadman bread maker for years and have made a lot of different breads. I usually use the 1.5 lb mode. Problem is I still am 50/50 on how my raisins mix evenly in the bread. Sometimes they are mixed too much or the are only baked on top or bottom. Any suggestions on when is the best time to put raisins in? I have the machine set on sweet bread. Thank you!

It took about two hrs for one loaf .i used the enclosed buttermilk recipe . It made a dense bread the finished product was ok . I prefer to work with a stand mixer and make two loaves st a time . Better for sharing . I returned the Breadman .

I bought this last week and used the rapid bread setting. The bread came out halfway baked, also with a strong smell of machinery parts. Today I did my second bread using the French cycle, and the bread collapsed, and baked that way. I followed all the instructions from the recipes given exactly. This has never happened to me and I am extremely disappointed. I wish I could return it, but I no longer have the box.

This was a gift for my daughter. She loves it Great bread machine for the price.

I had the exact same model for a 10 years somehow the bread pan got broken so I ordered a new machine, the exact same one, and it works just fine. I've made bread and dough for cinnamon rolls. The bread was delicious and the dough was perfect. I think it's all about putting the ingredients in in the right order.
