My favorite way to eat it since the 80s is on baked potatoes as a sub for both cheese & sour cream. I had the opportunity to try Breakstone's Large Curd 2% cottage cheese & found it to be deliciously creamy, smooth, and flavorful when I paired it with dragonfruit for breakfast. The curds were a nice size and not too dry. I really enjoyed it. Next stop, baked potato land! LOL

The texture is perfect! Nice small curds and creamy. I did not taste as much for sodium as I do with some other brands. The quality of the product makes it versatile to use it in so many recipes. I tried the parfait with berries and wildflower honey.
