They quick and easy to eat in the morning for breakfast with apple sauce or peaches, can easily be added to salad to add texture to it or even used in the blender with protein powder to create a creamy protein focused ice cream. Personally there isn't much a difference between the whole fat %4 or 2% cottage cheese so I buy both kinds because they are really yummy and filling.

While researching recipes with cottage cheese, I found one for a pizza dip! Well who needs an excuse to dip garlic bread into something cheesy?! Not me. I had no clue I was eating something with cottage cheese in it! This gave my family extra nutrients without anyone knowing. I definitely will be making this again!
