[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this and within 2 months the plastic handle literally snapped off as I picked up the recently refilled pitcher of water. Poor made and not worth the money I spent on it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] pitcher has been in my house for 4+years great product, company has standard filters so no need to renew and waste. easy to clean. the platic lid clip broke but everything else still works perfectly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my Brita pitcher for 2 years now. This is the second one I have purchased. I am so completely satisfied with it that I will never stop using Brita products!
This is one of the poorest designed products I have ever encountered. The hinge broke almost immediately and the flap over the pour spout dribbles. So what you have left it a gaping hole in the front and no lid!
I have the Wave model, AND have had several space saver models that have worked great, AND a stream model. The Stream is useful for immediate use, but it pours SLOWLY...So, the time you save is wasted, by the time you pour out what you need. The space saver is easy. The Wave...I just got...they say the lid doesn't fit well..but for now it is fine. The previous filter changing stick on reminder was perfect. Going to the more expensive and technical battery operated reminder is a waste of money. No one needs that, and it won't work anyway after a while, so what good is it? I want the stick on kind back! Also, I want to be able to fill up the tank to the brim! It's pretty big and bulky, and it seems you can't fill it up twice and store it...what's the point of having such a big model, if you can't fill it up? Maybe I don't have all the facts...please clarify this, BRITA!
