Broan - Elite 36" Externally Vented Range Hood - Stainless steel

Its beautiful, great look, very quiet for what we heard with other brands, easy to clean. and it was a great buy.

It is rated to sufficiently remove smoke in my size kitchen w/my size cook top, but it DOESN'T. It doesn't matter if I am cooking a grilled cheese sandwich or a steak, the smoke alarm is going to go off and NOT because I burned something. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

We bought this product about 4 years ago. It works well enough but is very noisy at 7.0 sones and I am condsidering replacement with a more quiet model.

I love this vent hood; it completed the look of my kitchen and we also vented to the outside so it does a fantastic job of removing odors and smoke. The service from Broan was excellent - there was a small scratch on the stainless flu when it arrived and a replacement piece was sent immediately.

My contractor recommended this hood when I remodeled the kitchen. He installed it. It looks beautiful, has great power in removing smoke and odors, and has great features, like a light over the range.
