Broan - Glacier 30" Convertible Range Hood - Stainless Steel

Cheaply made. Fan mount wasnt attached to one side of the sheet metal frame. Only two little nubs hold it in place on one side and the sheet metal is flimpsywhich causes it to pop out. Also as someone said before, the vent on a 12inch cabinte with full thickness doors vents on the front of the door. Thats just a warping issue waiting to happen.

I just installed this range hood and although it looks nice and the fan works well the lights are so bright they are blinding. I wish these were dimmable bulbs. Is there anyway to make these bulbs less bright? I did buy lower wattage bulbs that are tungsten rather than daylight and they are still really bright. I had an old nutone that was basic and had a low and high setting for the lights which I loved. I think I am going to have to return this. I used my old hood light as a night light in the kitchen. Any recommendations would be helpful.

Installed this unit tonight. Turned it on and it vibrates. The fan blade wobbles like it's warped.

I replaced a bulky over the range microwave. So happy I did. The hood looks great and works fine, but i thought magnets weren't suppose to work on stainless steel.

I bought this 1 year ago and the light switch has broken. Now I have to find out how to get it fixed because it was the light that my wife wanted when we bought it.
