I have been using Brothers for a few years now, and have used this printer or style like it for a couple of years. I have one that take with me for business. Lite weight and convenient. Great print quality and easy to use.

Easy to set up. Clear instructions on how to use the different modes. Good print quality and no problems with paper jams as I have had with other Brother printers :-)

I bought this printer about a month ago because my other one stop working. The printer i great. I have used all of the features except scanning. I like the quality of the printed material and the ease of use. .

I have recently purchased MFC-J4620DW printer. Ordinary printing is fine, but when I try to print a photo, the quality is terrible. It is very pale and faded looking and also grainy , no clarity or sharpness. I am SO disappointed. Issue is happening for brother print papers also.I am Sooooooooooooooo disappointed.

I am really beginning to like this printer but, as a long-time HP user have had some problems getting used to it. Will have to buy the alternate paper drawer for larger printouts. Have not yes discovered how to write Quicken wallet checks and do not appreciate pulling the printer out to remedy paper jams. Otherwise I find it a reliable and efficient printer and copied. I imagine that I will figure out the small problems I have with it--I find that such things are taking longer at my age. The manual does not appear to be as user-friendly as I would like.
