Brother Strong & Tough Sewing Machine-

I just needed a basic sewing machine and this machine does more than what I need so I am satisfied with my purchase.

Very heavy. Well built. Fairly easy to use. I love the extra capabilities. Automatic needle threading. 6 different sewing feet, button hole and sewing on buttons, so much more that I have not tried yet.

Loving it so far. I bought the singer heavy duty sewing machine first after breaking needle 6 times and thread started breaking I took it back and bought the Brother. Haven't broken a needle or thread so I'm pleased.

I've only seen a few pieces and it went very smoothly. I think it's going to work - as usual learning a new machine is a bit of a curve but the machine is a keeper!

I like that it has a drop in bobbin and that it is a Brother machine, however, it is not as great as I wanted it to be. The self-threader is not as easy to use as my other Brother machines. I also wish that it had a thread cutter as my other machines do, and the reverse button is awkward. I had high hopes for this to replace one of my older machines, but it just doesn't match up with them.
