Brother Work Smart MFC-J985DWXL Copy/Fax/Print/Scan, 12 INKvestment Cartridges

Twice since purchase 3 months ago, printer has lost wireless connectivity to my network. Both times unable to reconnect with set up wizard. Had to reload printer software then use the setup up wizard to reconnect to be able to print from my network devices. Very annoying!

I bought this multi-function printer for its features - printing, copying, scanning. I was particularly interested in its flexibility and ability to handle multiple page copying and scanning. I haven't been disappointed. I was also impressed by the offer of extra ink cartridges with my purchases. Thanks, Brother!

First one the feed broke. Staples replaced it. Second one worked for a month and now the scanner feed stopped working again and no one will help me get a new one. Worst ever.

This printer [Brother-MFC-J985DWXL} is a great printer. My one issue is that when I print a color Picture it takes between 5 to 7 minutes to print the photo.Other wise it is the perfect printer for me.

Overall I am happy with the all in one printer. It does a great job on photos and text printing. My only complaint is that it doesn't hold a lot of paper, so we have to refill it on a daily basis.
