Bundle PSR-E243 Premium Portable Keyboard

The Keyboard is fantastic. My grandchildren loved them. But the stand does not go with this keyboard. Wonder who thought it would? Both my husband and my son are engineers - they say the stand is wrong.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas as a learning piano. He took some lessons here and there and decided he wanted to stick with it. He loves all the extras and he hasn't even got to everything yet. Great value and ordered on line a week before Christmas it came in two day. Extremely satisfied!!!!

The keyboard works great, feels a little lightweight/cheap but it's actually excellent quality and makes great sound. I played piano for years as a child & wanted to start playing again now in my forties...so I thought I'd get something low cost to begin, in case I don't stick with it. I love the fact that I can wear the headset, and play in the same room as my husband watching TV and he not hear me at all!! The "value pack" I got included the stand, the power cord, & headset, and I feel it was an excellent deal - especially since I read where some keyboards didn't even come with a power cord..something to watch out for. I've played many hours on it already and love it - the quality and quality of sound. Being a previous piano player, I'm finding I do miss the full number of keys, but that will give me something to purchase in the future, as I did notice some keyboards come with the full amount, and this one gives you just 61, but this will serve me well for practicing for a year or two. Yamaha is a very trusted name & I have never been sorry with any Yamaha purchase. This keyboard has many options I haven't even used yet, but I like the default grand piano sound and I like the option to use the metronome button to keep the beat. I would like a damper pedal (I don't know if that's a purchase option but will be looking into it), and I really wish the keys were sensitive to touch so if you hit the key hard it would play louder, & if you hit it soft it would play quieter, but I didn't think about that as an option I would've liked prior to purchase. In summary, for the price, this is an excellent keyboard and a great value for the whole package of keyboard, power cord, headphones, & stand.

We loved this keyboard but we had to return it because it worked with batteries but did not work with the power supply adapter. I wanted to reorder the same one but it is now out of stock.

The keyboard is really good quality for beginners and intermediate players and the sound is very good. That being said, the stand has a lot to be desired. The keyboard does not fit properly into the stand and is very wobbly. The width of the keyboard is not in line with the stand which causes it to rock back and forth. Maybe they sent me the wrong size stand!!
