Ale, Lime Kolsch Ale brewed with lime zest, kaffir lime leaves, & lemongrass. Lime Kolosch is a German style beer made with pilsner malt and tettnanger hops. With our Burnside twist, we add the zest of 200 limes and then infuse with the essence of kaffir lime leaf and lemongrass. The result is a crisp, dry, and pleasurable summer ale with hints of exotic flavors from the east. Burnside Lime Kosch, as all Burnside Beers is unfiltered.
