Burpee Cucumber Picklebush Organic Vegetable Seeds are 2' space-savers that produce an abundance of 4-5" fruits for pickling. They should be planted in average, well-drained soil in full sun in the spring when there will be no frost. Sow four to six Burpee cucumber seeds about 3" apart in hills 36" apart. Cover with 1" of fine soil, firm lightly and keep evenly moist. Seedlings emerge in one to two weeks and reach maturity in 52 days. The resulting cucumbers are most flavorful when harvested before seeds are fully developed.
