Stop trying to save money on your packaging! The caps are cheap plastic and easily break. Quality continues to go down year over year!
I can't figure out what they changed, but this new version just doesn't work. Like other brands of chapstick, this new formula dries out your lips way more than the old version. Sad to see another good brand ruined.
Been a fan for years. Just bought another 4 pack to replenish my lip balm stations (night stand, purse, work etc) and noticed the cap is so much easier to get off. Nice change!
I feel lost if I can't find my Burt's Bees Chapstick. I'm obsessed with the original (with peppermint)
